Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy covers delivery of medicines and health products ordered through Jiv1.AI partner pharmacies. Digital services (teleconsults, reports) are delivered instantly in-app and are not shipped.

Coverage & timelines

Delivery is available in serviceable pincodes shown at checkout.
Standard delivery: typically within 24–72 hours of order confirmation and prescription validation, subject to stock, location and courier availability.

Charges

Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.

Prescription validation

Prescription medicines are dispatched only after a valid prescription is verified, in line with applicable pharmacy regulations.

Tracking

You can track your order status in the app. For at-home doctor visits, live tracking of the doctor is available.

Failed / delayed delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will attempt re-delivery or contact you. For issues, email support@jiv1.ai.
