By using the Jiv1.AI app or website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Jiv1.AI helps you discover doctors, book teleconsultations and at-home doctor visits, manage health records, order medicines from partner pharmacies, and use insurance and no-cost EMI where eligible.
Not for emergencies
Jiv1.AI is not an emergency service. For medical emergencies call 112 or visit the nearest hospital. AI features (including Aria and AI reports) support, but do not replace, a qualified doctor.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ (or use the app under a parent/guardian for a minor) and provide accurate information.
Payments
Fees for consultations, home visits, medicines and services are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our licensed payment partner. EMI/financing is offered by regulated lending partners subject to their approval.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate health and identity information.
- Use prescriptions responsibly; prescription medicines require a valid prescription.
- Do not misuse, resell or disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and software are owned by Jiv1.Health AI Private Limited or its licensors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jiv1.AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Clinical decisions remain between you and your treating doctor.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Vyara, Vyara, Surat – 394650, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction.
